Flying The Miami Crash From The Cockpit Seat

On September 6, 2026, a 21 Air Boeing 767-300 freighter, flying under contract for Amazon, ran off the end of runway 30 at Miami International Airport and struck a van on airport property, killing five aircraft-cleaning workers.

In this video, I fly the entire final approach and landing myself using an AI-recreated cockpit view, and walk through exactly what the NTSB's newly released cockpit voice recorder data shows: the warnings that came in the final ninety seconds, the go-around call, and why the aircraft's spoilers and reversers may never have deployed at all.

This isn't a verdict on the crew. It's what the data actually says, and the questions it still leaves open.
