Trump’s $5,000 pledge divides Texas Republican voters

The second day of the republican convention is underway in Dallas, Texas ahead of the US midterm elections.
Trump made a pledge on Wednesday to give every American adult $5,000 if Republicans retain control of the House and Senate in November.

Al Jazeera’s Richard Gaisford has been to a small Texan town to gauge reaction and found not all Republicans are in favour of it.
