Rubio heads to Colombia, Ecuador, Peru after right-wing victories in region

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is travelling to three South American countries this week, as Washington seeks to reassert its influence over the region. Colombia, Ecuador and Peru have all recently elected right wing leaders, who have closely aligned themselves with the Trump administration.
