Germany challenges Nicaragua’s Gaza genocide case at ICJ

Germany says the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague has no jurisdiction to hear a case filed by Nicaragua, accusing Berlin of facilitating Israel's genocide in Gaza.
Nicaragua brought the case to the World Court in 2024, arguing that despite the risk of a genocide against the Palestinian people, Germany has increased its weapons exports to Israel.
