CARE Nepal urges safe shelter and long-term recovery for flood survivors

Search and rescue efforts continue in Nepal, 11 days after a flash flood swept through the Himalayan region.
Authorities say thousands of people are in temporary shelters, and the true scale of the human cost is still emerging.
