Cancer survivor walks 240 kilometres

A colon cancer survivor has completed an emotional 240-kilometre walk from Montreal to the Ottawa Hospital to raise money for cancer research. CTV's Leah Larocque profiles Bell Media colleague Ziyada Callender, who walked to the cancer centre to personally thank the doctors who saved her life. Callender was diagnosed with stage one colon cancer three years ago. The journey served as part of her healing process and successfully raised more than $13,000 for hospital research initiatives.
