Protesters block Port of Dover causing major traffic disruption

Traffic has been brought to a standstill at the Port of Dover after a large group of protesters in black clothing and balaclavas blocked routes in and out of the port.

The disruption is affecting lorries and holidaymakers, with delays also reported on departures from Calais.

Kent Police say officers are attending and engaging with protesters.
