In the countryside of Fukuoka up in the mountains the chef prepares 40kg of meat a day at his hamburg and teppanyaki restaurant. He wasn't a fan of meat at first but he really began to take a liking to it and now he serves up 40kg a meat a day! From humble beginnings at the very first Royal Host restaurant to his own shop, we were very glad to visit with and film at Kuzuhara.

A message from Kuzuhara:
As my grandparents are getting older, we are hoping to put more focus on online sales going forward. Our “Shohinken” vouchers can also be purchased by customers overseas, and we are currently working on a system that will make them available for purchase from anywhere in the world.
Also, since one of our main staff members is planning to leave, we are looking for someone who would like to come work with us. Everyone is welcome to apply, including people from overseas.
