Bryan Kohberger, 31, is making bold claims about the judge who presided over his case and sentencing for the murders of four University of Idaho students. Kohberger wants to withdraw his guilty plea and go to trial. Now he's filed a motion asking that Judge Steven Hippler be disqualified from presiding over an 2027 hearing citing bias. Kohberger also wants the case moved out of Ada County.
