UniFi has released the Express 7, a whole home WiFi system built on the UniFi platform, and I put it through proper testing in my own house. In this video I unbox the three pack, walk through adoption in the UniFi app, then test 10 gig throughput between two units connected directly to a Mac Studio and my main router. I also test MLO meshing across 5GHz and 6GHz, compare wired vs wireless backhaul, and take a unit out to the garage and garden powered by a battery bank to see how far the signal actually reaches.
