America In Danger? CIA Boss Rushed To Russia As 5 ‘Doomsday Planes’ Took Over US Skies | Report

Five U.S. Navy E-6B Mercury “Doomsday planes” were reportedly tracked airborne over parts of the central and western United States this week, an unusual concentration that has sparked fresh attention. The aircraft are built for the Navy’s TACAMO mission, ensuring nuclear command, control and communications can continue if conventional networks are disrupted. Capable of maintaining very-low-frequency links with ballistic-missile submarines, the E-6Bs can also relay emergency communications and serve as airborne command posts. Public flight data reportedly showed activity across areas including Colorado-Wyoming, Kansas-Oklahoma, Missouri-Arkansas and the Texas-Oklahoma border. The U.S. Navy operates 16 E-6Bs from Tinker Air Force Base. Their reported movements come shortly after CIA Director John Ratcliffe’s Moscow visit, adding to interest amid heightened global tensions.
