Israeli attack on Lebanon: Air strike targets Nabatiyeh despite ceasefire

Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon killed one woman and injured six others, raising fears of further escalation. The attacks come despite a US-brokered ceasefire and amid growing tensions linked to the wider Iran conflict.
