$7 ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT CAI FAN BUFFET?! | CHEAPEST Value-For-Money Cai Png Buffet!

In this video, I took on an 8KG Cai Png challenge at R&B Cai Fan in Woodlands!

For just $7, you can fill your plate with as many different dishes as you want, with over 20 dishes available daily. They have everything from meat and seafood to vegetables, so there was definitely plenty to choose from for this challenge.

The fried chicken was especially good, and I really enjoyed the curry chicken and cereal prawns too. I also really like the idea behind R&B Cai Fan. They set up in the industrial area to provide affordable and satisfying meals for the workers there, with hopes of eventually expanding to more locations around Singapore and helping more people.
