Putin’s Nuclear-Capable Missiles Smash Ukrainian Attack Aircraft Launchers in Major Strike on Kyiv

Russia claims it has delivered a major blow to Ukraine’s long-range drone strike capabilities in a fresh missile attack near Boryspil in the Kyiv region. According to the Russian Defence Ministry, Russian forces used Iskander tactical ballistic missile systems to strike a concentration of heavy trucks modified to transport and launch long-range Ukrainian drones. Moscow claims the strike destroyed up to 40 trucks equipped with launchers, potentially disrupting Ukraine’s ability to conduct long-range drone operations from the area. Russia says the latest strike is part of its wider campaign to target Ukrainian drone launch sites, ships and seaports used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
