We’ve got a problem at the off-grid homestead… but this is definitely a GOOD problem to have! 🌱🍅🥒

In today’s video, we’re giving you a full walk-around of our off-grid greenhouse and garden, and we honestly can’t believe how well everything is growing. The plants have absolutely EXPLODED! We have tomatoes everywhere, cucumbers taking over, peppers growing like crazy, and way more food than we ever expected.

After all the work that went into building the greenhouse, setting up the beds, irrigation, and getting everything planted, seeing it thrive like this has been pretty amazing. Now our biggest problem is figuring out what we’re going to do with ALL of this food! 😂
