Gaza hunger crisis deepens: Palestinians struggle amid severe food shortages

The head of the Palestinian NGO Network says Gaza is facing what he describes as a deliberate policy of starvation by Israel. Severe Israeli restrictions on humanitarian aid entering the Strip are deepening the hunger crisis, leaving Palestinians struggling to secure even basic food supplies. With access to food becoming a daily battle, many Palestinians are increasingly being forced to find ways to provide for themselves.
