Sky News speaks to the man tipped to replace underfire FIFA boss Gianni Infantino

The head of football in the Caribbean and North and Central America has told Sky News it is up to Gianni Infantino to decide whether to resign as FIFA president.

CONCACAF Victor Montagliani spoke to James Matthews at a youth tournament in the Dominican Republic - an event he asked Infantino to stay away from.

His comments came as six Nordic football associations said they had lost confidence in Infantino following his attempt to sell part of the World Cup.
