JeM Complex In Bahawalpur Rebuilt After Operation Sindoor Strikes

More than a year after being damaged during India's Operation Sindoor, the Jaish-e-Mohammed complex in Bahawalpur, Pakistan, has reportedly been extensively reconstructed and is now operational again, according to images and intelligence assessments cited in the report. The Markaz Subhan Allah complex has reportedly undergone major renovation. Damaged domes have been rebuilt, while the central hall has received new plaster, fresh paint and marble flooring. Craters caused by air strikes have also reportedly been filled.

Adjacent buildings, including residential quarters linked to the group's leadership, were reportedly demolished and replaced with new construction.

The Bahawalpur complex has long been described as an important centre for Jaish-e-Mohammed, with security analysts identifying it as a potential hub for recruitment, training and planning.

Reports cited in the material also claim that Jaish-e-Mohammed founder Masood Azhar is not actively involved in the group's daily operations because of illness, with day-to-day control of the facility reportedly passing to his brothers.
