Jamal Musiala Collapses Linked To Medication Change | Bayern Munich Boss Explains Health Scare

Bayern Munich has provided an update on Jamal Musiala after the young midfielder collapsed during two recent friendly matches. Bayern manager Vincent Kompany said a change in Musiala’s treatment caused side effects that contributed to the incidents.

Kompany said Musiala will train individually during his first week as the club continues to monitor his recovery. The Bayern manager also expressed optimism about Musiala’s condition and eventual return.

Musiala reportedly collapsed during a friendly against RB Leipzig and again during another match on Tuesday. Bayern confirmed that the club had been aware of his underlying neurological condition for some time.

The German international is set to miss Saturday’s German Super Cup clash against Borussia Dortmund, but Bayern expects him to make a full recovery.
