LIVE: Lindsay Clancy Trial Day 18, Shocking New Courtroom Developments
Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial continues with Day 18 of testimony at Plymouth Superior Court in Massachusetts.
Clancy is charged in connection with the January 2023 deaths of her three children — Cora, Dawson and Callan. Her defense argues that she was not criminally responsible because of severe mental illness, including an alleged episode of postpartum psychosis, while prosecutors contend that the killings were deliberate.
On Day 17, jurors heard testimony concerning digital evidence recovered from Clancy’s devices, including internet searches, texts and personal notes. The defense challenged whether some computer activity could definitively be attributed to Clancy.
