Both parents and grandparents have been arrested and face multiple charges. The grandfather, Gary Siders Sr. has been released from jail and is in hospital. The Judge has now approved a gag order requested by Gary Siders Jr.'s attorney (to protect fair trial rights in a small community, citing inflammatory public statements by officials like AG Andy Wilson).
