IRAN GOES OFFENSIVE: Iran is no longer waiting for an agreement. Tehran is preparing for the next round of fighting and warning that if diplomacy fails, it will move from a defensive posture to a fully offensive policy. Iranian officials are threatening escalation in the Strait of Hormuz, while the Gulf prepares for a possible wider war.
HORMUZ CRISIS: Iran seized an Emirati-owned tanker near Qeshm Island after accusing it of crossing the Strait of Hormuz without the required coordination. The seizure marks a dangerous new stage: Iran is not only threatening commercial traffic — it is physically taking custody of ships and trying to force the world to accept its rules in one of the most important waterways on earth.
U.S. PRESSURE: President Trump is threatening to declare the Strait of Hormuz American territory, while the United States rejects any deal that allows Iran to collect fees or control passage through the strait. Washington is also rotating the USS George Washington into the Middle East to replace the USS Abraham Lincoln, preserving American naval and airpower in the region while the blockade continues.
B-2 / STRIKE THREAT: Behind the diplomacy, Washington is still preparing for the possibility of a major strike. The report examines the memorandum of understandings, B-2 bombers, and discussions in Washington about the possibility of a nuclear-site strike against Iran if the negotiations fail.
IRAN’S WAR MACHINE: The Revolutionary Guards used the pause in fighting to prepare for a broader confrontation. Senior veterans of the regime returned to key positions, missile and drone production accelerated, and Iranian advisers were reportedly sent to Iraq, Yemen, and Lebanon. Tehran is now threatening ships, energy facilities, undersea internet cables, and even possible action around Kuwait.
LEBANON FRONT: Iran’s Revolutionary Guards are openly revealing that they are helping manage the Lebanon front against Israel. Senior Iranian officials are presenting Hezbollah as part of the same regional struggle against the United States and Israel, while Israel continues pressure on Hezbollah infrastructure in southern Lebanon.
GAZA / HAMAS: Talks on disarming Hamas in Gaza are moving forward. After a meeting involving Jared Kushner, Nikolay Mladenov, Tony Blair, members of the Peace Council, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, sources said Hamas committed to fully disarming and stopping all military activity in Gaza, including rearming and digging tunnels. Israel made clear that reconstruction will not move forward before Hamas is disarmed throughout the entire territory.
REGIONAL WAR: From a seized tanker near Qeshm, to drones in Erbil, to Hezbollah in Lebanon, to threats against Gulf shipping, the battlefield is spreading into every space around Iran. The question now is whether the next stage will be a maritime agreement — or a full-scale attack that pulls the United States, Israel, and the Gulf into a much larger war.
