A BAD START: JUSTICE MADLANGA Addresses the LIES mentioned last week by Fadiel Adams. Clips Played!

Justice Madlanga directly confronts Fadiel Adams over a major inconsistency in his previous testimony at the Madlanga Commission.

Adams had previously indicated that he only became aware of an October 2025 Commission communication around three months before his testimony. But Justice Madlanga takes him back through the correspondence bundle, producing an October 2025 Rule 3 notice and Adams’ own written response dated 14 October 2025.

Under questioning, Adams acknowledges that his earlier statement was incorrect and untruthful.

The exchange becomes even more significant when Justice Madlanga points to further reminders sent from April 2026, with Adams conceding that those reminders should have refreshed his memory about the original October 2025 communication.

Adams attributed the confusion to technical problems with his laptop, travel commitments and confusion over dates, while accepting responsibility for the mistake.
