Tens of thousands gathered at London’s Trafalgar Square to honour former Cambridge professor Jason Arday. Jeremy Corbyn, Zack Polanski and Diane Abbott attended the emotional memorial, alongside friends, MPs and campaigners.

Speakers celebrated Arday’s legacy while calling for reflection on racism, media scrutiny, institutional responsibility and the treatment of vulnerable people.
