Two hypersonic ballistic missiles have reportedly been launched toward Yemen’s southwestern city of Mocha and the Red Sea, according to Yemen’s army. Reports said the missiles were fired by the Houthi group from the former headquarters of the 170th Air Defence Brigade on Mount Oman, east of Taiz, an area under Houthi control. The Yemeni military did not provide details on the missiles’ final destination, whether they were intercepted, or whether the launches caused casualties or damage.
