Preparing Our Garden for a Magazine Photoshoot | Quiet Summer Garden Projects

Last summer, our garden was going to be photographed for a Swedish magazine, so we spent a few quiet August days finishing some of the little projects we had been meaning to take care of.
We replaced the old wooden base beneath our small greenhouse, trimmed hedges and our hornbeam tunnel, picked dahlias for the table beneath the apple tree, and repaired a rose support that Jesper built almost ten years ago.
A few days later, the photographer arrived for the garden feature — and now, one year on, we finally have the finished magazine in our hands.
This is a quiet, slow-paced garden film about taking care of the small details, enjoying the late summer garden, and seeing a familiar place through someone else’s eyes.
