Louisiana Houseboat Getaway! We Found a TON of Wild Muscadines!

Come along with us for a few days of Louisiana houseboat life in the swamp! We headed out to our houseboat for a relaxing getaway filled with fishing, foraging, cooking, and enjoying the beautiful scenery of South Louisiana.
We went foraging for wild muscadines and hit the jackpot! We found a TON of these delicious wild grapes and brought them back to the houseboat. We also spent some time fishing for bluegill and set up our wire nets for catfish to see what we could bring in.
Of course, no Louisiana adventure is complete without cooking up a good meal! We enjoyed some great food while taking in the peaceful scenery and soaking up everything that makes spending time on a houseboat in the Louisiana swamp so special.
