Army temporarily grounds Apache helicopter training flights

The U.S. Army announcing a “temporary stand-down” of all Apache helicopter training flights, saying it will remain in effect until they have a “better understanding of the root cause of the accident.” It comes as investigators are looking into a deadly crash during training at Fort Hood, Texas.
