Israeli settlements take over 87% of Bethlehem as Palestinian families face displacement

Bethlehem has become a frontline in Israel’s settlement expansion. At least 40 illegal settlements and outposts have taken over 87% of the Bethlehem district, leaving little space for Palestinian homes.

Settlement expansion has also taken control of water resources, while Palestinian families face intimidation and pressure to leave.
