Indonesia ferry accident : More than 170 people have been rescued

More than 170 people were rescued and at least one died when the KM Putri Yasmin caught fire in the Lombok Strait on the Bali–Lombok route early on Wednesday.

Search and Rescue Mataram said crews worked in 4‑metre seas, with a nearby ferry and navy vessels helping evacuations.
