A proposal to build two high-rises could lead to the demolition of the original Happy Goat Coffee on Breezehill Avenue North in Ottawa’s Hintonburg neighbourhood. CTV's Camille Wilson reports that the developer is proposing 33-storey and 31-storey buildings near the Corso Italia O-Train Line 2 station. Happy Goat CEO Henry says the flagship location has regular customers and visitors, making it difficult for the company to replace. The current two-storey building is also home to Capital Self Storage and other businesses, and the application will be considered by the city's Planning and Housing Committee in November.
