Fadiel Adams' testimony at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry was postponed to 19 August 2026 after his sworn affidavit only reached evidence leaders after 9pm the night before his scheduled appearance, despite the Rule 3 notice being issued back in October 2025. Justice Madlanga directly confronted Adams over the delay, rejecting his laptop malfunction excuse and warning him that the commission must be taken seriously going forward.
