Hilary Duff SHOCKS Fans by REUNITING With Ex Joel Madden to Perform ‘The Anthem’

Hilary Duff shocked fans with a surprise cameo by her ex, Joel Madden, during the New York City stop on her 'Lucky Me' tour. The singer brought out Joel and his twin brother Benji's band, Good Charlotte, to perform their 2003 hit, 'The Anthem.' Hilary and Joel started dating in 2004 when she was 16 and he was 25, but by 2006, they went their separate ways. Over a decade later, they're neighbors and close pals, who frequently hang out together with their spouses, Matthew Koma and Nicole Richie.
