A homemade bomb exploded outside a high-end restaurant in central Moscow on Saturday night, killing three people and injuring at least 15 to 21 others, according to Russian authorities. The blast occurred near the Balzi Rossi restaurant on Kudrinskaya Square, where a private event was reportedly being held. Russia’s National Anti-Terrorism Committee said a woman carrying the explosive device was stopped by a security guard before it detonated. Both the woman and the guard were killed, along with a guest at the venue. Investigators have opened a terrorism case, while media reports said the gathering may have included senior military figures, though officials have not confirmed the identities of those attending.
