Spain says it's turned back nearly all of the 60,000 people who broke through the Moroccan border into the North African enclave of Ceuta over the past 48 hours.
Migrants in the Spanish territory have told Sky News that they were waved across the border by Moroccan police.
At least 86 people died during the crossings, which overwhelmed border patrols, and nearly doubled the city's population.
