Pakistan-Administered Kashmir Gears Up for Next Phase of Elections

The capital of Pakistan-administered Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, is gearing up for the next phase of a regional election on Sunday. Protesters have been rallying in towns across the region for weeks, and more than 30 people have been killed by security forces.
