Fast food restaurants are eating up the high cost of beef

With ground beef prices topping $7 a pound for the first time, major fast-food chains are absorbing the cost instead of raising prices. More than half of Americans cite value menus as their top reason for choosing a restaurant. NBC News' Allie Canal reports.
