Cleaning our sun-dried wheat in the mountain wind before taking it to the village flour mill! 🌾💨

After letting our washed wheat dry under the open sky, our family gathers to clean the grain. By throwing the golden wheat high into the mountain breeze, the wind blows away the dust, leaving behind clean, pure wheat. Everyone works together around the tarp hand-sorting the grain to prepare it for milling.

Once clean, we pack the sacks and head to the local mill to grind our harvest into fresh, organic flour for baking traditional bread. Thank you for following our daily family routines and supporting our channel! 🌾⚙️🍞
