Police will not prosecute Green Party leader over Farage guillotine post

The Metropolitan Police says it will not take action against Green Party leader Zack Polanski after he shared an image on social media depicting a man wearing a T-shirt with a picture of a guillotine and the words: “We’re only making plans for Nigel.”

Reform UK said the image was "an incitement to murder" and had called for police action.

However, the Met said it was "unlikely that the sharing of the image online would constitute a criminal offence".
