A powerful tornado tore through northeastern Wisconsin's Fox Cities region on Monday, carving a 12-mile path of destruction through Appleton, Menasha and Neenah. The twister damaged homes and businesses, flipped vehicles, toppled power lines and left thousands without electricity. No deaths have been reported, though several people were injured. Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers declared a state of emergency as recovery efforts continue and shelters remain open for displaced residents.
