Afghanistan power cuts put hospital patients and industry at risk

People in Afghanistan are facing worsening power shortages, as electricity supplies struggle to meet demand.
The country relies heavily on imported electricity, but that drops during the summer.
Many parts of the capital, Kabul, receive only six to seven hours of electricity a day.
