KAZAKH PRESIDENT IN RUSSIA: Tokayev Pushes "Istanbul Formula 2.0" for Ukraine Peace

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev called for the Russia-Ukraine conflict to be frozen and urged a return to what he described as an "Istanbul Formula 2.0" peace framework during remarks ahead of talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Omsk on July 25.
