Gas prices rising more than 50 cents a litre since the start of the year are forcing boaters and drivers to scale back their summer travel plans. CTV's Josh Marano visits Hurst Marina, where employee Noel Klassen and boater Bob Dams say high fuel costs are keeping more boats docked this season. Premium gas at the marina has reached $2.38 a litre while Ottawa area drivers are paying an average of $1.85 a litre at the pump. Canadians for Affordable Energy president Dan McTeague predicts a brief four-cent drop before crude oil costs could push prices higher again.
