Protesters rally across Ontario against Doug Ford policies

Demonstrators gathered across Ontario to protest against Premier Doug Ford over health care wait times, supervised consumption site closures, and housing policy changes. CTV's Natalie van Rooy reports that advocate Lois Pond joined rallies at Ottawa's Human Rights Monument to voice grave concern regarding hospital capacity cuts and harm reduction services. Protesters carried signs condemning OSAP reductions, the removal of automated speed enforcement cameras, and the elimination of rent control on newer residential buildings. The Ministry of Health stated the province is investing over $101 billion into health care this year, reflecting a four per cent increase for the hospital sector.
