In Episode 4, we travelled to the beautiful Gandaki Province, home to breathtaking lake views and rich mountain scenarios, to explore its unique food cultures. This episode features fresh fish sourced directly from the waters of Begnas Lake alongside the unique flavours of Chicken Diamond, with our very own Himali foodie brother who named it. We also enjoyed the comfort of traditional Nepali Dhido Set and tried high-altitude taste of Yak Sukuti.
