Jeff Bezos approached to join consortium seeking state in Liverpool FC

The world's fourth richest man Jeff Bezos has been approached to join a consortium which is in talks to buy a minority stake in Liverpool, according to Sky News city editor Mark Kleinman.

The Amazon founder has held discussions about joining a syndicate of investors led by Amit Bhatia, who's just left QPR.
