Where did the money go? Dems push Trump library to account for about $8 million

Three congressional Democrats are demanding that President Trump's library account for millions of dollars in lawsuit settlement funds. Trump's disclosure form that was filed in late June accounts for $56.5 million leaving an apparent difference of roughly $8 million. Katy Tur shares more details.
