Andy Burnham delivers first speech as UK’s seventh prime minister

Andy Burnham has become Britain's seventh Prime Minister in a decade.
Burnham was appointed by King Charles III on Monday after outgoing Keir Starmer officially handed in his resignation.
Speaking outside Downing Street, Burnham says, “we have not done enough” and swore to “do better”.
