Palestinian detainees released by the Israeli authorities have arrived at al-Aqsa Hospital in central Gaza for medical examination. Exhaustion, tiredness, and the effects of prolonged detention were clearly visible on their faces, as most of them spent extended periods in the notorious Sde Teiman detention facility. Those who were released described shocking details about food distribution inside the jail. Families gathered at the hospital, eagerly awaiting emotional reunions with their loved ones after days, months, or even years apart. This batch is neither the first nor the last to arrive at al-Aqsa Hospital. For families in Gaza, the biggest concern remains the physical and mental health of their beloved ones still in detention.
