Mayon volcano spews ash in Philippines

The Philippines’ Mayon volcano continued spewing lava and rocks, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said. The agency said the eruption has persisted for 190 consecutive days, producing lava flows, pyroclastic density currents and rockfalls.
